If you visit the town, do not miss to taste the delicious local dishes. Especially bryndza, which is a kind of curd cheese made of ewe milk, should be on your to-do list. In addition, cabbage soup, potatoes, fried onions and Slovakian ravioli stuffed with curd cheese are popular dishes of the town.
