You can buy your ticket online or from the ticket windows near the stops. Airport shuttles which depart every 15-30 minutes carry passengers to Jaipur city center and other points directly.

Taxi

The most comfortable way of travelling to the city center from Jaipur Airport is using a taxi. Taxis wait for their passengers outside the terminal building. They offer service for 24 hours. You can reach Jaipur city center in about 10-12 minutes if you choose getting on a taxi for your transportation. If you land at the airport at a late hour, travelling to the city center by taxi is easy since it is difficult to find a bus at late hours.
