Metro

Starting in Kadikoy on the Anatolian side of the city, the metro passes through many stations like Kozyatağı, Bostancı, Küçükyalı, and Maltepe. Get off at the Kartal stop. From here you can take a bus or taxi to the airport.

Rental Cars

The airport is accessible by car, so another option is to rent a vehicle for transportation. There are many car rental agencies located in the city from which you can rent a car and drive to the airport. You can return your rental car at the airport by notifying them in advance.

Simit Sarayı, Center Point, Mc Donald’s, Mc D Cafe, İstanbul Cafe, Drive Inn Cafe, Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro, Usta Dönerci, Kahve Dünyası and Starbucks are located in the departures hall. Kahve Dünyası, Secco Kafe, Usta Dönerci, Burger King, Sbarro, Mc Donald’s, Trattoria Milano, Heroes Sports Bar, Grab&Fly and Gate Café are located after passport control for international departures. Kahve Dünyası, Burger King, Mc Donald’s, Center Point, Turkish Kitchen, Kıvanç Gökçe Büfe, Grab&Fly, Simit&Çay and Coca Cola Gate Café are located after the security checkpoint in the domestic terminal. Kahve Dünyası, Karafırın, Simit Sarayı and Burger King are located in the arrivals hall. Fly Café is located in the outdoor parking lot. Istanbul Atatürk Airport is accessible by taxi, airport shuttles, metro, and buses. You can also choose to drive your personal car and park in the parking lot for a certain fee. The airport is equipped with an outdoor lot and an indoor multi-story lot.

Simit Sarayi is located in the domestic arrivals hall. Kantin, The Greenport, Kokpit, Tadında Anadolu, Cakes & Bakes, Starbucks Coffee, Cafe-Inn, Burger King and Sbarro are located in the domestic departures hall.

The Primeclass Lounge, Akbank Wings Lounge, Comfort Lounge, Emirates Lounge, Sky Team Lounge and TTNET Platin Lounge are located in the international terminal. From the Honolulu International Airport you can get to the city center in 15 minutes by car or taxi. The airport shuttle service offered by some hotels to their customers is also a very practical alternative. Although the new metro line is underway, you have to use the as a means of public transportation until the metro is completed. It is possible to reach various points of the city center in a short time with different bus lines.

You can reach the city center in just 15 minutes by a taxi that you can take at the exit of the airport arrival terminal.

Car Rental

You can rent a car suitable for your budget by dealing with one of the car rental companies located at the airport. You must follow I-H-1 E or HI-92 E motorway to get to the city center with the car you rent. The journey takes 15 minutes on average under normal traffic conditions.

Bus

If you prefer public transport, you can reach different points of the city center by using lines 19, 20 and 31 departing from the bus stops just outside the arrival terminal. A one-way ticket costs $ 2.50.

Hotel Service

Many hotels in Honolulu offer airport shuttle service to their guests. By booking in advance with your hotel, you can have a very convenient and fast transportation. You should remember that while some hotels charge extra for this service and others offer it free of charge.

The city centre can be reached from the Honolulu International Airport by taxi or with a rented vehicle in around 15 minutes. Some hotels offer their guests a shuttle service, which is a practical alternative.  Although construction works on the Honolulu Rail Transit Project is ongoing, travellers that prefer to use public transportation to and from the airport must use the bus until the railway line is complete. It is possible to reach various points of the city centre in a short time by using different bus routes.

You can rent a vehicle suitable to your budget by agreeing with one of the car rental companies inside the airport. To drive to the city centre from the Honolulu International Airport, you should take the I-H-1 E and HI-92 E. The journey from the airport to the city centre takes roughly 15 minutes in normal traffic conditions.

Bus

Travellers that prefer to use public transport can use bus routes 19, 20, and 31 to reach different areas of the city. A one-way ticket costs 2.5 dollars.
