The distance between Gan Island and the farthest island is only 14 kilometers.

It is also possible to reach the other islands by speedboats located in the city. Taxi is also one of the most commonly used means of transportation in the city center. There are buses as means of public transportation. These also provide urban transportation. These buses can also be used to get to the other islands.

Gan International Airport is just 1 kilometer of the city center. You can reach the city center by bus. If you do not prefer public transportation, you can rent a car at the airport by visiting one of the car rental companies. Taxi is one of the most preferred means of transportation.
