Airport Information

Sakirpaşa Airport is also open to international flights; the International Terminal, which has a capacity of 6 million passengers, came into service in 1997 and the Domestic Terminal came into service in 1984. Both buses depart from the bus terminal located at the airport. You have to get a bus ticket in advance. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center from the airport by bus.

Train

The train station is located about 3 km from the airport and is accessible by bus or taxi. Traveling to the city by train is a more affordable transportation alternative. You can purchase tickets at the station or make a reservation online in advance. If you book a ticket online it is almost half the price. The train runs from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays. Trains run every hour Monday to Saturday and less frequently on Sundays.

Rental Car

There are various rental car companies at the airport that serve passengers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rental car companies at the airport that you can choose from include Avis, Hertz, National, Europcar and Enterprise. You can easily rent the brand and model vehicle you want and enjoy a nice drive to the city.
